1. About the app
SD Job Agent ("the app") is a personal automation tool built and operated by Sudhakara Reddy Gorla. It searches for Project Manager job postings, scores how well each one fits the operator's resume, prepares tailored resume documents in the operator's Google Drive, and logs them in a tracking spreadsheet.
2. Who may use it
The app is for the operator's personal, non-commercial use only. It is not offered as a product or service to anyone else, and no one else is granted access.
3. What the app does not do
- It never submits job applications. The operator reviews every resume and applies personally.
- It does not invent experience, employers, tools, certifications, or metrics. Tailoring only reorders, re-emphasizes, and rewords the operator's existing resume.
4. Google account access
The app accesses Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets only as described in the Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services, including Google Workspace, Apify (job search), OpenRouter (AI text generation), and Modal (scheduled hosting). Each is subject to its own terms. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these providers, LinkedIn, or any employer.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Job data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Every generated resume should be reviewed before use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including missed opportunities or errors in generated documents.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
